The room is reasonably spacious and spotless, with comfy beds and a TV.- The location is great and amazing, within walking distance to shops and major attractions.- Very convenient to St Martin's Church.

I loved the restaurant here, and its location was convenient for exploring the World of Beatrix Potter Attraction on foot.

I have stayed in the queen room with central heating, iron/ironing board and a multi-channel television. It has magnificent and perfect location to see The World of Beatrix Potter Attraction.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The attention to detail was remarkable, from the beautifully decorated rooms to the comfortable king size bed. I loved that everything was within walking distance, making it convenient to explore the center of Bowness. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh fruit and a delicious cooked breakfast. And let's not forget the highlight of my visit - having a TV in the room!

Marvellous and amazing location, a few steps away from everywhere. Rewritten: the May Cottage B&B is situated in a charming residential neighborhood, close to various amenities. - Its fantastic location makes it a convenient stay, just steps away from everything.

We spent the weekend in a spotless place located close to the center, where the staff was friendly and gave us great recommendations.

This hotel met requests! Everything was very good, including knowledgeable and affable staff in service or accommodation. The location turned out to be magnificent and good, really close to a fountain of information and a great host, the main shops and restaurants in Bowness, and Bowness and Windermere. It also was close to town centre. Great-sized and well-stocked room with very comfortable beds was enjoyable.

The room was nicely updated and styled, no complaints whatsoever. 🌿 Plus, being just a stone's throw away from the main area was so convenient!

The location of May Cottage B&B was perfect for sightseeing in Bowness-on-Windermere. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The superior king room was comfortable, with a good shower over the bath. The breakfast offered was superb and delicious, catering well to vegetarian guests.

The breakfast here was absolutely fantastic and delicious with tinned tomatoes. The staff were amiable and our room was functional with toiletries, good shower over bath plus huge comfortable bed.

The location was great and incredible, just a stone's throw away from bars, restaurants, and the stunning scenery of the Lake District. Lake Windermere was conveniently located just 1 km away. - the breakfast was gorgeous, delicious, and well presented.
